| The Halstead Chiropractic and Wellness Center is owned by Dr. David Heskett and wife Jill. This facility is located at 200 Main Street in Halstead. The wellness center houses a variety of health and fitness approaches. Dr. Heskett's chiropractic clinic is located at the front of the facility, facing main street. The entrance to the wellness center is on the north side, across from Troy's True Value. The overall focus of the wellness center includes an environment of health and fitness programs. This includes exercise to improve cardiovascular fitness by utilizing equipment such as treadmills, recumbent bikes, eliptical exercise machines, and weights. There are six weight machines that perform twelve individual muscle group exercises. There is also water aerobic exercise in the 15' x 30' therapeutic pool. Dr. Heskett offers eight classes of water aerobics per week. The instructor is a certified water aerobics instructor, experienced in all ages. |
